This is my au so it is different. Junko is abusive and harmful. Murko is caring for Kokichi but follows all of her sister's orders without hesitation. Mikan is hypnotized into thinking that Junko loves her and does whatever she says. Tsumugi is abusive only to Kokichi and hurts him in any way she can and always has a close watch on him. Izuru is kind of the same, calm and collected but like Tsumugi he likes to hurt Kokichi.
