You have the power to go back up to an hour in time and change the outcome of any action. The changes you make can either be minute or disastrous. You can go back multiple tomes a day, lower times depending on how far you go back, though you only use it is emergency situations or training. After you go back and change the past, you can remember all previous paths. You can also keep going back into the same time period that you previously changed. If you try to change too many things at once, that reality can change paths on a monumental scale.

You're going through a maze and get lost at a wrong turn, you go back in time to when you took the wrong and take a different direction, finding the exit.
