'... are my words enough?'
Many themes and issues run through this collection, interwoven with each other, knitted between poems, so much so this is less of a collections of poems more of a continuous narrative. When I write, I'm constantly inspired. Imagery, characters and metaphors present themselves to me, I don't ever desperately start searching for them.
The main inspiration for 'Loudspeaker' was the young people speaking up for what they believe in and fighting for the world they deserve. In their activism, they've taken the issues of today's world and used their voice to turn it into art. To turn the inequality into something empowering, hopeful and genuine.
Art mirrors life, so 'Loudspeaker' is about the exact same thing. Finding your voice and creating light in darkness.

Poetry's Tale to Tell
One sample of my work (Note not all poems will be so serious, some are story like others are light hearted): "Every day, something happens... Someone gets bullied, Just because "They're different" "Nerdy" "Annoying" "Have no sense of fashion..." All those things are of unimportance...! Everyone has a choice, Don't let what someone says, change it! You could stand down... Watch as the victim pleads for help... That's the easy path, But is it the right one? Do you want that on your consciousness? The pain can be so bad... It takes a life... Then it's too late, Regret becomes your best mate... A depressing thought... Although. It doesn't have to be that way...! YOU can make it change! Stand tall, speak loud, Stand up for what is right! That one action... Can save a life...! You could make a friend, A REAL friend. For Zen; my Sea Goddess, my Forget-Me-Not.
You found me where the sea met silence-a shore too quiet for its own heart. And somehow, you turned that silence into a song. Before you, the world was still, the sky unmoving, the piano untouched. But then there was you-bluebell eyes, a voice like waves, a laugh that could wake the tides. You didn't rescue me. You simply saw me-and that was enough to make me float again. Forbidden, small-town best friend's little sister romance I've known Desiree since she was five years old. And now that she's all grown up, parading her luscious body around me while her brother is out of town, I'm not so sure how much longer I can resist her. She drives me crazy, and the longer she's in my presence, I don't think I can control my hands or filthy mouth around her any longer. Only, there's a huge problem; she's my best friend's little sister. I've wanted to make Desiree mine since I kissed her on her eighteenth birthday. But her brother, Dante, and my best friend threatened that if I were ever to do that to her again, I'd be sorry, and said if I didn't wish to lose my lifelong friendship with him, I'd know what's good for me if I kept my hands and mouth to myself. But I've got some dirty little secrets--ones I know Dante would kill me over if he ever found out what I've done and hidden from him over the years. Now I need to figure out if losing a friendship with him is worth going after what I want. Trapped in my own head
She is an outcast. She finds it easier to express what she feels in the form of writing. Whether it is poems, letters or long texts. These are poems that she writes trying to describe how it feels to live with certain mental health issues, in a world that disregards outcasts. So, these are on the darker side of the spectrum. Some poems might be distressing for some readers. I personally enjoy consuming dark content, it's kinda like a coping mechanism. I really hope none of you relate with any of these :) I'll be posting only poems here, I'll try to be as active as I can. The poems are not in any order.
