Her neighbour is a Giant hundreds of feet tall who thinks he's the centre of the world, and her best friend is a busy politician who barely has time for her. Her mom is dead, but she walks around the house constantly pestering her daughter. Brona and the people around her are a mismatch, but they are cursed to remain in their hometown. With so much going on, how is Brona going to break the curse that keeps them bound there?

Meta: This book is humorous, but it has a serious overarching story (themes of genocide, murder, what it means to be human, and mental illness). It has fantasy elements for flair, but the focus of the book is the relationship between the three main characters: the witch, the politician, and the Giant.

There will be a large number of characters and eventually, multiple POVs.
