In the year 1942 the US army officials opened up ot the public about a new regiment within the army, the paratroopers, they were said to be the men who would be dropped behind enemy lines from a plane and only the bravest men would sign up to take part in this new effort to end the war. What the governemnt and army officials kept quiet was that selected women, mostly women who were classed as intelligent, had been selected to train in different ares to assist on the frontlines. No word would get out to public as they knew it would be widely looked down upon, the women would train in private before being shipped out to where they would fight.
Judith Moore was one of the selected women, along with three other women who she found to befriend through their training together as they trained to become paratroopers. Judith hoped to make a huge impact on the lives of those who fought in the war, hoping to be somewhat a light in their dark.

Avaline Baker is a young woman on a camping trip with friends when she decides to go into a museum that will change her life forever. Somehow transported into the future, Ava finds herself at the barrel tip of Nazi German soldier. Transported to their camp as prisoner, Ava is lost and confused as to what, where, and who she is with...the how part is the most antagonizing. To even have a chance, Ava has to prove that just because she's a woman, doesn't mean she isn't capable of fighting to survive like the rest of them. Ava finds herself stuck in 1944, with "strange" technology called a cell phone, no way of charging it, and no way of getting home. In the midst of a gruesome and horrifying war, she finds herself questioning more than just sanity of the time period, but even her own. Hi! This is my first full-length fanfic! I'm so excited! Of course, this is a George Luz fic (based solely on Rick Gomez's portrayal of the character) because I'm a Luz girl for life. I'm not too focused on keeping things super historically accurate, so there will be variations in order for me to take creative liberties. Hope you love it! Eleanor "Nora" Whitman is a journalist for Life magazine. She's taken on the assignment of writing a feature piece on the effectiveness of paratroopers in the war. In an effort to capture the full scope of their experiences, she immerses herself in the training and combat of the Army paratroopers, attaching to Easy company for the length of the war.

After completing two years of service as regular infantry, First Sergeant Megan Bonti finally decides to request a transfer to be a part of the paratroops. She had just about had enough of her commanding officer underestimating her abilities and wanted something new. She had been one of the first qualified paratroops and thus decided to transfer to where her skills could be better used. When she first arrives at Toccoa, she isn't quite sure what she's in for. The men seem welcoming enough but are quite a rowdy bunch. The Soldier of Stars ~ Band of Brothers [1] A young woman who finds peace in the stars, and let's them guide her even through the darkness that might overcome her. __________ Hazel Parker of the WAC, Catherine McCown of SPARs and Elizabeth Elliot of the Cadet Nurses' Corps take part in Operation Virago which will send 250 women to the front lines to fight alongside men. The government, along with the War Department and direction from General Eisenhower decide this is a secret, covert operation that the public will be shielded from, to see how integrating women into war will work. Each of the 250 women come with their own ambitions of what they want from war and why they signed up in the first place to be apart of this program. They become split into each of the 5 branches with leverage from each of the branch commanders, and split into groups of 2, 3, or 4 women and are placed into their different respective branches. The enlisted men of each branch, well, they do not know exactly how to approach a woman who, at the moment, has more military training and experience by the time they get placed into their positions. Hazel Parker, Catherine McCown and Elizabeth Elliot are placed into the 101st Airborne, the first 3 women to be apart of the Airborne. A few other women head off to the 82nd. These 3 women become part of the 506th and are put under 2nd Battalion, in Easy Company. Humanity once stood on the top of the world. They ruled the planet with an iron grip. Their rise in technology, industry, engineering, and science were quickly growing. However, an invasion on a worldwide scale had occurred in late 2023. Though there were initial successes in repelling these unknown, mechanical entities. They would eventually start to gain ground through quick adoption of newer variants of their beings and adjusting to counter common military tactics. However, more was needed, so came the introduction of Nikkes, an experimental female soldier that would be the first cybernetic frontline soldier. Even though there were attempts of converting males to such a task, they would become unsuccessful, as it was found out that males were more susceptible to cognitive dissonance and suicide. And so, females ranging from 18 to 30 years of age would remain the main source of Nikkes. As the war raged on, more variants of Nikkes would reinforce or replace the quickly diminishing forces of the world. There would be a significant breakthrough in the Nikkes, with the introduction of the Grimm models of Nikkes. Five Nikkes would be produced by a now defunct company. This squad would be called Goddess. They would be commanded by a special forces Captain Nicholas Miller, and through their first missions, they would further prove the effectiveness of specialized Nikkes and even push the Raptures back some. However, even their efforts would not be enough to stop the tithe of Raptures from encompassing Europe. After many years of fighting, there was one last desperate defense of a structure known as the Ark. Unfortunately, humanity would end up underground where they would spend the next 5 centuries fighting the raptures in smaller scale battles, skirmishes, and special operations. All while the fates of Goddess squad and the now legendary Captain Nicholas Miller had remained a mystery.Complete
