Malicious Lightning (What if Deku was a Villain?)

This is like one of those what if stories you can watch on youtube, except you actually have to read it now.

After Deku had learned he had no quirk, he decided to give up trying to be a hero. After a few years, he was walking home when a man suddenly approached him. He had heard of how Deku had no quirk, and gave him a offer. He told him he could give him a quirk. Deku, wanting to be a hero, he accepted the man's offer. After the quirk was transferred, Deku felt different about the world. He felt that, since the world gifted him pain and suffering, he would reward the world with the same thing.

This story is gonna switch between stuff that happened in the anime/manga, to stuff that I want to add in.
