You cant see the red string till you find your soulmate, but what if you knew him since you were children, what if the damn string never actually became visible but was there? Or is it just because on of them is too dense to realize?

The wheel of fate tries to find balance in between a on-going war. A demon with a demon slayer, nonetheless a Hashira at that; this violates code on both sides that were either written or just common sense. When attempting to work it out, you find each other to have a hard time even making it possible. Making the situation worse the longer you bond after lost time. Will your interactions contribute to Rengoku's life greatly and will be so that in your case?
