In an apocalyptic world where children are turned away at every corner, Leon Moran finds himself as the caretaker of a young girl with the given name "Azalea". Although it is a huge risk for himself and Azalea, Leon travels with the young girl nearly across the country to get to the safe-zone which is known as "Novac", the only safe-zone that allows children in. Leon will risk everything to keep Azalea safe, which forces him to make some very difficult decisions.
