Follow the story of Hoyū-sha Heiwa, a young woman of many names throughout her life. She is there for both Naruto and Sasuke, later in life she become torn between the two with wanting to protect them.

There is no sequel. But I am working on another Madanaru story that should be out by around late winter or early spring possibly earlier or later.
