A new Otsutsuki has arrived. The definition of Omnipotence are just two words. Burakka Otsutsuki. Since the Fourth Great Ninja War, two splendid ninja have established their own Villages and claimed their own uninhabited lands to become the Shinkage and the Sankage. Thier respective Villages would be known as the Abyss Village in the Land of Heart lead by Shodai Shinkage, Kotetsu Hagane. and the Shadow Village Hidden by Mountain Ranges lead by Shodai Sankage, Arekkusu Genju. Over the next 80 years, the Sankage and Shinkage have produced up to five powerful Kage and birthed notable clans respected in the new generation today.
Not much is known about Burakka Otsutsuki, except that it is rumored Burakka is stronger than Ishikki Otsutsuki. Besides that, no one truly knows who he is, what he looks like or if he even exists. Read on to find out the potential of Burakka Otsutsuki!
