Nearly a year after Operation Dark Harvest, the CIA gives Jones, their newest anti Splinter Cell agent to Harry, the director of Rainbow to both flaunt and make Harry fix him.

Jones has no memory before the CIA, all he remembers are very vivid memories, but when he starts getting his memories back slowly, he starts to loose himself in insecurities and paranoia. Can he beat this? Or will it end up with a bullet in his head.
