Saren was a troubled nineteen year old trying to recover from a past of abusive relationships, abandonment issues, and just full-on teen angst. At only 11, her mother left. At just 15, Saren was raped by her older brother's two best friends while she was drunk at a party. After that, when no justice came due to her unwillingness to press charges, she began to engage in risky sexual behavior.
