You, Y/N, never knew your real parents. You were adopted as a very young child, then moved to New York before you had any memories about where you were born. You've had powers for as long as you could remember, but your parents always made you keep them a secret. In New York 2012 you were walking to school when you saw your parents out and they were killed in front of you by aliens. Filled with rage you didn't control yourself and used your powers. This blast of power out you on the Avengers radar. 

You've been on the team for three years now. A week ago you just saved, but also somewhat destroyed, Sokovia. Thor had left, but he just returned with news from asgard. News that was of his brother loki.
