Marjorie Carter has a dark past. Her parents, Thomas and Ellie, suddenly disappeared when she was 10, leaving her and her sisters alone. Now at 22, there is a new break in the case, which makes her go back to The Oak, psychiatry hospital founded by her parents and uncle. As she meets the investigator, Sergeant Harry John, they find themselves in a scavenger hunt, tied to the disappearance of the Carters.
Note: You are reading from Marjorie's pov (but in 3rd person) and you know only what she knows.
This particular work has less details, for the reader to imagine the situations in their own ways.
