"So that after that you can confidently break up contact with me and have me worrying about where you are, what you are doing and who you are with?" i intoned. "No, thank you."
"Nigel, that's what i wanted to talk to you about" breathy, she said.

Annika thoughtfully faced down. I took that as an advantage to break free from her. I walked the distance i had remaining to get to my scooter, had my helmet on, hopped onto the scooter and had it on.
"Nigel, forget the breakfast. Just give me a moment to tell you what i want you to know" she was all over me again, sad expressions taking turns on her face. "Please, i am begging you as a friend. Don't you go, please."
Tears were dripping down from her eyes.
"I love you Annika but right now is not a good time for us to talk. I need an alone space" tears slowly coming down from my eyes too i said and rode off, not looking back.
Synopsis:
Every man's dream in his teens comes true for Nigel Purnell, an 18 year old brother of a young girl hospitalized in a hospital due to cancer, when he slams into Annika Chapman, a young counselor at the hospital his sister is in.
A little later he still can't believe it himself, Nigel runs into her again - this time arguing with her and then some days later resolve his differences with her when he meets her once more in his sister's room.
Eventually, Annika and Nigel get to know each other over the days but even though their friendship is perfect, it has some devastating imperfections of which one is a secret that will be hard to swallow when told.
