When Sonic, Silver and Shadow defeat Mephiles in their super forms, they turn back and notice they are injured, and an interesting topic is revealed. When they turn back, they are bleeding, but it is not normale blood. Shadow has glowing red blood, Sonic has glowing yellow blood, and Silver has glowing light blue blood. This is also known as Chaos Blood, triggered by the chaos energy in their blood.

!!!PLEASE READ FULL DESCRIPTION BEFORE CONTINUING. -Set is a fantasy world that is heavily inspired by attributes of DnD and other related rpg fantasy realms. -Shadow (a blood hunter) had an encounter with a rampaging werewolf with the intent to slay it. The blood hunter and the werewolf, who turns out to be Sonic (a rogue), were on the verge of death until they were healed by Silver (a druid) with a shard from the master emerald. Accidentally, Silver may have also placed a curse on the pair. They cannot be separated and are bound to each other's presence. Shadow isn't too happy with the situation, and learns to cope as he journeys with the two- encountering other characters and monsters as they search for a way to break their curse. Not long though, Shadow starts to see the weight of the trauma held on Sonic's shoulders as he struggles to contain his werehog form. -Contains multi shipping The story's main focus is the development between Sonic and Shadow's relationship, with a side story ship between Silver and Espio. (One sonilver scene. One shadilver scene) I only write about healthy relationships. -Ages: Shadow(27), Sonic (26), Silver(24), Espio (25).The rest of the characters have been aged up appropriately and all above 18. It all started with a strange dream - one of which included an almost dark reflection of himself. A very clichè one often found in books and media. However it was some sort of warning. Sonic couldn't shake the dream, meaning recognising the strange infection that had taken over Green Hills was an almost immediate thing. It didn't mean that he couldn't stop it however. Green Hills was no longer a thriving place, but a desolate waste land where pasts were now behind everyone for all the wrong reasons. Rivals teamed up to survive - as did friends and family. The warming humility of Green Hills was gone in almost an instant, all morals were merely a figment of the past. It was everybody for themselves. He had struggled to save Green Hills in the beginning, but he wouldn't let it go without a fight.
