Lydia Lake, has been everywhere, she's moved around a lot, until, finally, she stops moving. She instead finds herself in Mulberry Woods, Nevada, with a new family. She's been threw the most, over the years, until she meets Alex, Tuck, and Munch, and Dawn. Well, what happens if years later, a construction project begins in their neighborhood? What happens after these four best friends, and Dawn begin receiving strange, encoded messages on their cell phones. They don't inform any adults, because, who would believe them? The youths decide to crack the code themselves and trace the messages to their source. Their curiosity leads them to a robotic extraterrestrial who desperately needs their help.
