But Izuku is different he can heal people with a severe drawback, many doctors in this story have drawbacks which they slowly heal their patients, but Izuku can heal but in consequence sometimes his quirk would update the other person in a positive or negative way.

Izuku has healed many heroes, had times when they would come to his house figuring out that he lives alone, with many mental problems.
