Shoyo Hinata is a famous ice skater known for always leaving the judges along with everyone else watching him completely stunned. His best friend Tobio Kageyama is on the highschool volleyball team.
In the last Grand Prix, Hinata came in second place, losing to none other that Yuri Plisetsky. The two see eachother as rivals, so what happens when Yuri turns out to be the new transfer student at Hinata's highschool?

Anything that happens in this book is in their first year, and it will not necessarily be the same as what happened in the anime and manga. So, it's about how the relationship between Hinata and Kageyama slowly built and how they got passed their obstacles as they went for competition and tournaments.
