Mother Nature has always been extremely generous and loving. But, as every organism that exists, when taken advantage of, she will fight back. Hard.

We have been warned decades earlier that if we continue to act as if Earth was disposable, as if our actions do not have any consequences, we would all experience hell on earth.

Not enough people listened.

Aliya Francisco was waiting to board her plane when the plug was pulled and everything turned to shit.

All flights cancelled, all borders closed, the military and the government in complete disarray before ultimately succumbing to the elements.

Escaping the airport with the flight attendant that she briefly conversed with, she meets Arden Williams. The same guy she was waiting to board the plane with, and the guy who would end up to be the only one by her side.

Until he came.

Living in an apocalypse was hard enough as it was - Gloria Peletier knew that as well as anyone. But her life had been hard since the moment she was born, having an abusive father. When the apocalypse hit and her father finally died, she was grateful for the walker that ate him, freeing her, her mom, and her sister from him - even if that meant losing their camp. But then Sophia, her baby sister by ten years, goes missing. In walker-infested woods.
