Her parents work multiple jobs a day just to provide for the family, but Skylar seems to be the only one who knows how hard it is for them. At only 12, she has to deal with her siblings every day, but one special day near Christmas, she gets an idea that she hopes will change their lives forever. She finds something that is fun for both her and her siblings, and she has dreams of helping her parents too. Everything goes well until the struggle of dealing with the kids gets to her, and the whole idea starts to crash. Will the importance of family and their tight bond win over their struggles that life throws at them? Follow Skylar's journey as you rediscover the importance of family, especially near the holidays.

Older brothers. I have more than people could handle. I have 8 brothers. Well one is my twin, but surprise surprise he likes to make it known that he is older. Sometimes it sucks being the only girl, but I wouldn't change it for the world. My name is Alora. I am 14 years old and a freshmen in high school. People think that my family is perfect and that we have never had anything bad happen to us. We lost our mom over 9 years ago. I also had something bad happen to me, but I will get into more detail in the story. This book is just for fun.
