"I don't hate you, Addie. I just can't like you."

Adelaide's head snapped up, staring at Levi in further disbelief. "You can't like me?" She asked, seeking clarification.

"Just cause I can't like you doesn't mean I can't have you. Fix this shit or I will."

Adelaide Abernathy had always grown up in the countryside of Scotland. However, the unfortunate death of her parents left the poor girl orphaned with only an estranged aunt to take her in. Unwanted, her aunt wasted no time enrolling her in a boarding school in Ireland. Now in an unknown place with the social skills of a platypus, Adeline has never felt more alone and outcasted. How will she cope when Levi Vandenberg, a notorious jerk, takes a special liking to her...if thats what you could call it....

*full available on Amazon. Free in KU.* Can you believe in someone who can't believe in himself? Maybe... Maybe I just wanted to get through Year 12, coaching, and soccer with no distractions. Maybe life had other plans. Maybe I shouldn't be drawn to Cole; the new guy who gets into fights and smokes. Maybe I should want to date Jaime; the nice, steady guy who's always been there. Maybe you can't help who you fall for, whether they're good for you or not. Maybe it shouldn't matter as long as you're happy. Maybe each new bruise on Cole's face is a reason to walk away. Maybe there's more to the secrets he hides and that's a reason to be there for him. Maybe a lifetime of pain can't be washed away by anyone else but you. Maybe finally proving that someone else isn't going to walk away is enough. Or, maybe it's time I got out of my own head and stopped wondering. Maybe it's time I just live by my own rules and find out the answers to all those maybes. It's time for no more maybes. A sweet YA romance about first love and learning to understand different experiences, this is Cole's story from Aurora's point of view. The companion novel, Gray's Blade, is from Cole's point of view; much like the characters themselves, Cole's version is darker, dirtier, and rougher. Read through to the end of No More Maybes for a sneak peek at chapter one of Cole's side. Please be aware that this story is set in Australia and therefore uses Australian English spelling and syntax.

"What are you doing?" He glances up at me through his glasses, his bored tone sending a jolt through me as I sit on his lap. I know he's a god at this 'poker face' game, but he needs to realise that his body always tells a different story-like how hard he's gripping my thigh right now and how hard he is beneath me. Yet, I can't ignore the power he exudes. There's this strange, dominating energy about him that makes me feel small as if I am a rat being cowered back into a hole. And for Reina Gavril to feel that way? I hate it. I hate him. ᯓᡣ𐭩 𝗥𝗲𝗶𝗻𝗮 𝗚𝗮𝘃𝗿𝗶𝗹, the queen bee of Schola Stellae, has it all-flawless looks, charisma, top grades, and a touch of mischief that gets her whatever she wants. She thrives in the spotlight, playing and pulling strings with ease. Yet beneath that confident exterior is a heart; after all, queen bees rule for a reason, they know when to sting and when to play nice. That is until the quiet, nerdy Reign Augustus rejects one of her rivals, prompting her friends to challenge her into making him hers. 𝗥𝗲𝗶𝗴𝗻 𝗔𝘂𝗴𝘂𝘀𝘁𝘂𝘀, however isn't your typical 'good boy.' He's a quiet, aloof presence yes, but also with a lethal charm and a mind nobody can quite read. He thrives in his solitude, refusing to take anyone's shit-because being good doesn't mean being weak, timid, or a pushover. To sum it up, bad girl with a soft side meets a good boy with a dark twist. And as she sets out on her mission, their opposing worlds clash, creating inevitable rivalry, tensions, heartbreaks and some wildly UNHOLY lessons that might make them go back and forth. | 𝓢𝓵𝓸𝔀 𝓫𝓾𝓻𝓷❕❕I might also make it too poetic sometimes !! | Contains sexual scenes and profanities.
