It's been a year since Kion became king of the tree of life and mate of rani and things have been going peacefully ever since. However back in the outlands' volcano, Scar resurrected and created a teenage lion from his ashes. He was Scar's blood relative son and was named Mwanzo (Scratch in Swahili). He has one goal and one goal only, to destroy Kion and his friends and family and become king of the tree of life. However throughout his mission he starts to se things in a new light. Can he change with the help of Kion and Rani's friends and family, or will he finish his mission and get power he always desired? This truly is Scar's Last Shot. (Disney owns the Lion Guard Fandom. I just own the Fan fiction plotline and my oc (Mwanzo)) (I'll try to keep it PG as best as I can)

For those who don't know what The Lion Guard is, it's a sequel to the movie The Lion King. The Lion Guard is the group that protects The Circle Of Life. The tradition is that the guard has the bravest, fastest, strongest, fiercest and the keenest of sight of all and is made up of lions, but that is about to change. Kion is the second cub of Simba and Nala and was given The Roar Of Elders. What makes this roar so amazing? Well, when you use it the great kings of the past are roaring with the one who possessed this power, being able to throw animals in the air, move huge rocks and other things. Now coming back to Kion, because he got this power he became the leader of the Lion Guard, only that he did not respect the tradition of the members of the guard, having Bunga, a honey badger, as the bravest, Fuli, a cheetah as the fastest, Beshte, a hippopotamus as the strongest and Ono, an egret as the keenest of sight. Later, as you can see in the book, Anga appears, a martial hawk, who will later become the keenest of sight in Ono's place, and he is the smartest in the guard (normally the guard has 5 members and now it has 6, Kion didn't respect the tradition again). They defended the Circle Of Life very well, having Scar as an enemy, yes, you heard it right, but not in the form you think of, but it was made from the flames of a volcano in Outlands. The Lion Guard and the Pridelands had a final battle with him, eventually winning, but it cost him Ono's sight and Kion got a scar that looks like Scar's.Did Kion and Ono manage to heal ?What does the future hold for everyone? You will soon see

That night, Kion finally fell asleep with his grandmother, but that was the last night he would ever see her again... Without his grandmother, everything just got worse. Kion ran away. The only place he could think of, was the Outlands. Zira happily let Kion into her pride, knowing he would be a great ally. Evil crept into Kion's soul, but he tried to ignore it. Kion visited the Pridelands sometimes, hoping his father, and family had changed, but they never did. Simba noticed Kion leaving and coming back almost every day, and followed him. When Kion was caught, Simba was furious. He told Kion he had to choose. Kion was put into a situation where he had to decide from respect, love, and affection, or his family. Kion had one week to decide, but in one week, there can be many changes, and in that week, Kion found love...but was it what he wanted? When Simba told Kion to decide, Kion was in fury.
