"The Heavy Mind of a Degenerate" follows Lily Ito, a young girl stating a new school year at a school for troubled youth. As if trying to make new friends wasn't hard enough, a classmate commits suicide and when the school tries to cover it up as a "messy accident", the student decide to rebel. after all, what would you expect from a bunch of degenerates in a mental prison?
