Ever since the first year in Hogwarts, Tom was used to people not doubting his intentions and authority, willingly joining his side as if it wasn't obvious that the seemingly model student was only using their naive personality, but the last thing he could expect from Marlene is to blindly follow the scared crowd of her schoolmates, without doubts about Tom's superiority.
