The Makings of Me

This novel contains real life event from the authors point of view. I, Shameka Dean, would like to tell my side of the story. How i overcame many obstacles as a young adult and young mother. Battling generational curses, depression, oppression, detachment issues and emotional stress. I embody the concept of strength in a black women. I hope this encouraged women of all races and nationalities to keep pushing forward.
