En esta entrega aparecen personajen de las Guerreras de la Luz y otros que aparecen en las novelas posteriores como antagonistas, se narran sucesos por Blue y desde su pto de vista aunque hay aclaraciones, sus relaciones familiares y con Luc tienen matices nuevos. Es un volumen que aclara ciertas cosas de la historia y al igual que Cincuenta sombras de Lucien D'Vile no es un libro como tal. En este diario Blue una joven de 28 años de 1.70, pelo castaño, ojos castaños y piel palida se convierte en vampira y conoce la verdad sobre ese ser que tanto la intrigaba en su niñez y se aleja de Trevor un incubus amigo de la familia al conocer sus planes y sus intenciones con Grinia al punto de tener una lucha abierta con un demonio pero ayudada por Luc puede volver a estar tranquila.
