This news did not go over well with their eldest daughter however, whom believed she should be the rightful ruler.  Infuriated beyond mercy, she sentences her two younger siblings to death for the heinous crime of treason against the kingdom. Fugitives of their own home now, the young heir and the middle-sister embark on an epically dangerous journey across many unforgiving lands, and befriend other unusual misfit renegades much like themselves.

This story follows the young prodigy Grant Alan, a scholar turned telekinetic, surviving in a strange new world after the colossal science vessel, the Halfpace, passes into a future very foreign to him, populated by anthropomorphic creatures that have dominated humanity after a planet-wide war. To ultimately find out what happened to the last vestiges of humanity, Grant must use his wits, friendships and newfound power to navigate this new and dangerous world while an ancient, malevolent force slowly corrupts its new anthro leaders. I wrote this because I was partly inspired by "A Man In A Beast's World" by @GhillieCamo. Admittedly, my head was kind of in two places when writing this. Part of me wanted to create this really thoughtful, slow-burning, thriller sci-fi story experience with lots of lore and things to mull over, and the other half wanted to make a human x anthro romance story, dripping with provocative scenes, dialogue and drama. I'd say the story has both, but more of the former, which I think is ultimately better than if it was the other way around. I don't claim to be the best, or even good, at storytelling, and there are definitely a couple issues I have in my story, but people have been telling me they really like this story. As of 12/29/2024, this story does not violate any of Wattpad's Terms Of Service/Content Guidelines; All characters depicted in sex scenes are consenting adults. This story is a side follow-up to my main book on Amazon Kindle called H.E.R.O chapter 1. The story takes place in an alternate Earth we're heroes and villains fight each other for supremacy. However after an incident in 2016 which led to the devastation of heroes across the planet the remaining ones were hunted down and killed by the criminals that had formed leagues to take them all out. In the ensuing destruction of the hero organization and the collapse of their main power base and structure the heroes were forced to flee and seek protection amongst communities that would accept them while the criminals had gotten free reign with unchecked power across Nations. However not all heroes are ready to give up the fight as the story follows two heroes traveling across the nation that have stopped in the area of Seattle to make a living for themselves and to decide whether to give it all up and seek a normal life. However little do they know that their boss has a plan to help the heroes out with their fight which will have untold consequences for the world at large.
