It's summer 2021, and Amelie has things she needs to forget. She heads to the coast for summer vacation with plans to scoop ice cream and pretend like her cheating ex-boyfriend and lying former best-friend doesn't exist. Dax heads to his family's beach house every year, where he doesn't have a reputation to worry about. They've known each other since kindergarten, but for most of that time, they saw one another as enemies; the "bad boy" and the "ballerina."
What will happen when they cross paths? Can one trip change the way they see each other? Can it change their feelings towards one another?
