Its a Peter Parker x Reader 

You live in the Avengers Facility, hidden from everyone including the Avengers. You were rescued by Tony Stark from a lab where you were experimented on because of your powers (telekinesis, invisibility, supernatural reflexes, supernatural intelligence and enhanced hearing).  The day of your 16 birthday Tony finally sends you on a mission, find a kid called Peter Parker. Will this mission end up becoming something else?
