This is My Life
I've been very depressed and heartbroken so, what better than to create a story out of it? "This is my life" details a protagonist going through her teenage years up until the age of 21. Through love, friendship, grief, and heartbreak, you will get to witness what it's like being a young black girl trying to conquer the world. I hope anyone going through either heartbreak, grief, insecurities, mental health declines are able to read this and know that they're not alone! Life can be so ugly at times, but I promise things always get better. Not your typical romance or teen fiction book! My real life experience with fiction added :) Returning from my six year hiatus with a new book....my bad.Lengkap
A Lovely Life
Journey with me back in time as I rewrite the first Journal I kept from when I was in high school, and see that maybe even with how horrible life is most of the times, there are little things spread throughout that make life worth living. My high school experience was full of drama, tears, laughter, and most of all constant search of love, and approval of the people around me. I can't always get what I want in this world. Life is a beautiful mess. It's not perfect, and filled with a lot of disappointments, and heartbreak. There are moments when it all feels too much, but there's not much we can do other than go with the flow of things.Lengkap
On the edge of everything
Mila's final six months of high school do not go how she expected they would. First, she decides to audition for the spring musical and finds herself in the leading role. Next, she starts to fall for someone she never expected. Finally, loss and sadness echo throughout the semester and make these last months of Senior Year much more difficult and tragic than she ever could have imagined. This last semester holds more exhilarating highs and devastating lows than Mila could have ever anticipated, and through it all, she begins to find herself.
