Mackenzie Winters has known the Weasley Family since before she was born. She grew up as practically the eighth firecracker. Before her fourth year, she had only ever seen Fred Weasley as a bossy, annoying git, but all that changed when she got moved into his classes. With George crushing on Lee, Harry dating Courtney, Ginny crushing on Lorenzo, and Ron and Hermione being in love with each other but both of them being too stubborn to admit it, Fred and Kenz somehow ended up unlikely... friends? Is that even the right word? They have a sort of witty banter filled with sarcasm and petty insults, but their friends are convinced that there's something more there than just friendship.
