Anna and Destiny are happy living with their new boyfriends who they love and care about with all they are. As time goes on, the boys decide to take the girls on a trip to Costa Del Sol where they are hoping they'll say yes to a certain question! Soon though, strange events start happening and an accident involving all of them, puts Anna and Destiny in serious danger, having to becoming experiments and undergo surgery in order to save their lives.
