Seventeen years ago, Garmadon and his wife, Misako, had two children-one boy and one girl-who were twins. One year later, a group of assassins, sent to kill Garmadon and his family, ambushed them in the night. Garmadon and Misako escaped, but their two children didn't. The couple were determined to avenge their fallen children and defeat the ones responsible for their deaths, or so they thought.
In the present day, the ninja, Kai, Cole, Jay, Nya, and Zane, with their masters, Wu and Garmadon, discover a large organization of the same assassins that attacked Misako and Garmadon being lead by a powerful and dangerous foe on an unknown island they never knew about-the Dark Island. This foe was unlike others, he was the eternal enemy of the First Spinjitzu Master. Together, the ninja team work their way over to the island to try and fight them, not knowing that a small group, who aren't so different from the ninja, are already working on it.
Before you read:
• This will mostly be the POV of Kai and Lloyd with occasional POVs from the other characters.
• Garmadon is not in his evil form, he looks like the season 3 and 4 Garmadon.
• this is my first ever book, so bare with me if I make mistakes or if I am always editing chapters or changing things.
