Twin sisters Sheliah and Adelaide weren't looking for trouble when they sneaked into the Tavern Tree. They weren't looking for trouble when they hopped aboard Captain Jones's ship, the Jolly Roger. They most certainly weren't looking for trouble when that silly shadow came by. No, they were looking for an adventure. A way to get out of their tedious day-to-day farm girl lives. That they did, but how will they ever get home now? Will they want to, or do they even have a choice? And what about that old riddle the Hag gave?

(A Twist On Peter Pan) “I’ll kill you, you hear me? I’ll kill you!” My face was red as I fought against the ropes that bound me to one of the masts. “I’d like to see you try Alison, because you’ll fail. Peter has failed, and look at him now.” He gestured to Peter, who was on his knees and was getting punched and kicked repeatedly by a large group of pirates. “And why don’t we watch your precious Will.” He grabbed my chin and forced me to look at Will, who was suffering the same fate as Peter. “Oh and don’t forget about your dear little Lost Boys.” I heard a scream and looked at Aaron, who was being hit by a man three times his size. “Stop! He’s just a little boy, please. You have me, you have Will and even Peter; we’re whom you want. Just let them go, you’ve won.” I sighed as the wicked man grinned at me. “Very brave Alison, very brave indeed. Well men, she said let the boys go, so let them go!” He said and I went pale as I realized what I had done. “No! Stop!” I screamed but it was too late. I watched with tears in my eyes as a pirate picked up Aaron and set him on the plank. I started to thrash around in the ropes, and felt them loosen a little bit. Come on! “I never liked children.” Hook said absentmindedly as Aaron started to cry, and looked at me, and I smiled at him. “Think of the stars Aaron, think of the stars.” I whispered as his scream rang out through the boat, just as I broke through the ropes and attacked. "Who's out there?" One of the men yelled. Of course only silence met them. I remained quiet and waited for the group to start moving again. "Maybe it was just an animal." Someone whispered. The person, who I assumed was the captain of the small squad, signaled for them to walk again. They clearly showed fear as they kept going; brandishing their weapons to guard themselves with. "Two are holding lanterns. I'll tell you when you're too close to them." I heard my friend whisper in my ear. I followed the men as I picked up another branch and waited for the right time to break it. They continued to walk through the forest, turning their heads in every direction as if an animal might lunge at them and rip their throats out. I guess in a way I was going to do that. "Go back a few feet." My friend whispered. I carefully distanced myself from the group and waited. "Where is she?" I quickly snapped the stick as soon as he finished asking the question. They stopped and two soldiers raised their lanterns to shine its light in the darkness. I quickly hid behind a tree before both of them turned where I was. A low frustrated growl came from one of the men, "The girl's playing with us. She's out here following our every move." How paranoia can cloud the mind. At nine years old, Silver decided to leave her village for the forest. Since then, she's been hunted; everyday is a fight for her life, every breath she takes could be her last, but she's determined to stay alive. "It's a good thing you guys don't ask any questions." I look down at the young boy who spoke, who's hands are tied tightly together. Twelve, thirteen at the most, I'm guessing. He walks into the forest with two adults, one male, and one female. I smirk down at them from my tree as I slowly climb onto a nearby branch of another tree. I leap across the branches, from tree to tree, as I make my way towards where I know the boys will be waiting. ******************************* Liz Murphy is not a normal girl, with her sparkling brown eyes, and her long pitch black hair. There was no electricity, and there was no way for the storm Sirens to be sounding, yet they were. The entire Town was awake; everyone had a weapon. They had grabbed guns, knives, swords, and bats if they could be wielded and used for self-defense; Renee aimed her rifle at the trees, looking desperately for an explanation. Why would a siren sound? They only sounded when they were in Danger, so where was the Danger? When the predators revealed themselves, that was where the siren noise was coming from. Renee could feel her heart jump into her throat. Her face went pale; they were here. They had found the Town. Terror and panic soon swept Huntingtown; everyone knew what those monsters could do. After all, they did conquer the planet and impose the "choosing." Huntingtown was created hoping that its isolation in a cold climate would keep the Predators away, but it didn't. A voice came over those speakers. A male voice Gruff and laced with a growl. It was almost as if whoever was speaking was annoyed and angry. "Although I have enjoyed seeing your little Town outmaneuver many hunters. I am afraid this is where your little games end. However, I will give you a chance to keep your freedom. A hunt. You will be red by your best hunter, Renee Madison." Renee felt her blood go cold as she stared wide-eyed at the ship. She was unknowingly dropping her gun at the news. " she will be your leader; she will be my prize. You have a time advantage. Go!" The ship took off, looking for a place to land, all while the news sank into the Town's residence. Renee had known she had fucked up when she fired at one of those predators and hit him. She had proven herself worthy of the hunt.
