6 years after the events of Spider-Man 3, Peter Parker's life has changed. Now that he has graduated, Peter is working for Dr Connors at the Horizon Labs. Him and MJ are now engaged and life seems to have moved on since the death of his best friend, Harry Osborn.
But, Villains start to appear often in the city such as The Vulture. Peter starts to dread dawning the mask, knowing that he'll have to confront these threats, he learns to stay loyal to the people left in his life knowing they could be gone in a flash, and has to keep the city safe from a new threat rising in New York, that is one of the most dangerous Spider-Man has ever had to face off against.
