This the bizarre adventure of a man who was eaten by his zombified mother in part 1 Phantom Blood as a newborn. Later, he was revived by a mysterious man and was by raised him and was trained to become a stand user at the age of 15. Maxwell got a stand named Rising Sun and used the power to defeat evil. Maxwell didn't know who was his mother and how he got revived as a newborn. His mother was turned into a zombie by Dio Brando and got eaten up by her and Maxwell must find out about his past.
