It was a misty day, May 16th 1703, and Della Van Karter was running. Shrieking in terror, as she fled from her chaser. His long, Indian legs pumped him faster as he chased after his love. They were in love, it's just that she didn't know it yet. He was determined to prove it to her. Three more steps and he'd have his angel in his arms. Two more steps until he felt her soft creamy skin against himself. Just as Della was about to make a leap, she was in the arms of a strong man. She cried as she realized that he had caught her. Yet she couldn't pull away. She felt a tug at her young heart as she saw hurt in his dark eyes. ~Just a little starter! It's my second story I've written, and I feel like I'll have fun:)
