5 years since Hiccup showed the world what change can do, with Y/n at his side through it all. Their maps expanded, allies were formed and friends came unexpectedly.
But, beyond the map darkness brews. One that Hiccup and Y/n thwarted before though it was unknowing. The darkness looms over the Chief, his past comes before him.

Hiccup had enough from everything in his life . getting ignored, bad mouthed and bullied just because he was different from everyone in his tribe. So without any good reasons to stay any longer ,he banished himself with his only friend he ever got from his tribe , even from his father. After everything he went through and all the miserable things he suffered, He doesn't want anything from them anymore... But fate has something different for Hiccup. Having everything he ever wanted, the acceptance for being himself , the better treatment and the love from somewhere after his 14 mistreatment years, got ruined by some people he never wanted to see for almost 8 years after banishing himself and toothless his dragon..... what will Hiccup do ? Will it bring something unexpected to Hiccup? Haley is a young girl with an unusual gift. Some would call it a curse. Her? She calls it a convenient nuisance. Together with a dragon no one wants, a pair of wings she has no idea how got there and pretty much no past to speak of she is going on an adventure she could've never imagined. She lived a quiet, relatively ordinary life until a young boy and his unusual dragon intruded on her home. This fateful encounter would change her life forever as she discovers new friends, ["Going somewhere?" The sound of Hiccup's increasingly annoying voice asked as I was leaving. "Ugh.. yes. Away from you guys." I turned my back and continued walking.] Allies she never knew were even possible, ["And the catch?" I asked him skeptically after having heard his offer. "There's no catch. You can trust me. I just have credentials that you don't. And besides, I see potential in your future." He answered.] A love so strong nothing could break it, ["I can't help but love you, even when I try not to." As much as she wanted to meet the rest of her family she couldn't live in a place where dragons were killed. But what will happen when one day her mother brings home a random boy back to the dragon's nest that has his own night fury?
