Meg and Lukas are monsters that live in Halloween City. Every Halloween, monsters go to the Human Damnation to scare humans and are now old enough to travel to Earth, but their parents say it is too dangerous to go, but that won't stop Meg and Lukas from living or 'dying' their dreams.
Violet hates Halloween. The overpriced costumes and only wearing them for one night is just silly to Violet. That all changes when two weird kids come to Violet's school. She finds out that they are monsters and need help to stop Rouge Monsters and get back to Halloween City.
