Cade Merek was a Jedi Padawan during the Clone Wars. While on a mission, Palpatine had executed Order 66 and Cade was forced to flee in a starship flying out of what would become Galactic Empire space. Cade soon found himself in a new planet named Xilar, a snow planet outside of the Galactic Empire. When Cade contracted a strange disease... he was put into medical suspended animation... which was only supposed to take a year... however a group known as the Servants of Abeloth killed the scientist that had been studying Cade... leaving him in suspended animation for many years.

The Galactic Empire has been defeated and the formation of a New Republic has just begun. Jedi Master Luke Skywalker begins his new quest to rebuild the Jedi Order when he begins to start having dreams of a teen with orange lightsabers confronting a monster... one that was powerful in the dark side of the Force. When exploring space in search of Jedi survivors, the Force draws Luke to Xilar... where Cade is in suspended animation. As the young teen, Cade learns about what had happened during the several years of his absence, Luke asks Cade to join the New Jedi Order... but Cade seems uncertain. However... with the Servants of Abeloth planning to start their invasion against the New Republic, Cade may have to make his decision soon.

And unknown to both Cade and Luke, the Emperor's secret assassin, Mara Jade is moving to complete her last assignment before Palpatine had died.... Kill Luke Skywalker!

Following the events after The Last Jedi. "Just a dream, it was just a dream," she says aloud attempting to calm herself, but the feeling doesn't dissipate, and her heart is still racing. She stands and walks towards the doorway to the fresh air outside, trying to get the images out; a child her child and his. She feels sick and faint, is this a panic attack? She walks outside her hut and stands in the rain holding onto the wooden railing of the platform around the cabin tightly to give her balance. #2-Reylo 25.11.2018, 24.10.19 #1- ReyxKyloRen 1.3.2019, 6.1.22 #2- starwarsfanfiction 31.12.19 #13- starwars 21.8.19 #2- starwarssequels 10.12.20 Big fan of the movies and books. I am a massive Reylo shipper- #Reyloisendgame, but there is nothing mature rated or not appropriate for say 12-year-old plus. I do not own the original star wars characters. I do not own the artwork throughout, except the art on the note from myself which is mine. The cover is by Heidi Hastings. "I appreciated how much you fleshed out the story, truly making it a potential movie in the franchise. I can't not mention the romance. You truly made Ben and Rey's relationship believable on many levels. From his temper and passion to his devotion to Rey, I loved how you didn't make light of his past so that we can accept him easier. They complete each other and their love brings balance to the universe and gives them what they have always wanted - true acuhceptance and companionship." "I have not encountered anything so truly amazing since 'Bloodline' (Claudia Grey)." "I have read so much fanfiction, normally I don't read smutless stories, but this one is so well written, beautiful ending and I couldn't stop today until I finished it." "This is one of, if not the best Reylo books I have read so far."
Balance and Victory: A Star Wars Alternate Universe [COMPLETED!] by AuroraSkywalker

Anakin Skywalker will not become Darth Vader. Not yet, anyway. Padmé saved him from a lifetime of regret by pulling him out of the fateful battle between Mace Windu and Chancellor Palpatine. But at some point, he still has to decide if his heart lies with the Jedi or the Sith. Palpatine, undeterred by the loss of his potential apprentice, still devises a way to create the Empire and wipe out the vast majority of the Jedi. He sends various threats directly to Anakin and Padmé to convince them that they and their newborn children are in danger. Fearing for their safety, they split. For years, Anakin and Leia wander throughout the galaxy, dodging the Empire and searching for a greater purpose. Meanwhile, Padmé raises Luke while working with Bail Organa and Mon Mothma to lead the fight against the oppressive Galactic Empire. Anakin is constantly tempted by the Dark Side. Padmé struggles to help the Rebels succeed. Their children mean everything to both of them. The story also features other characters we all know and love, such as Obi-Wan Kenobi, Ahsoka Tano, Han Solo, and Boba Fett. Most of the story takes place 7 years after Revenge of the Sith. Please note that I would never change the canon; this story is intended to explore what could have happened, not what should have happened. OCs are used very sparingly. Thanks for reading! Don't forget to vote and comment- feedback from the readers is the most important thing to me about Wattpad! 1st Place in the Prequel Category in The Star Wars Fanfiction Awards
Broken Codes by LeeraIvy
46 parts Complete
Lesia Mirri never wanted to be a Jedi. The rules of the Code didn't sit well with her restless spirit. Lesia resisted their teachings and attempted to close herself off from the Force. In a final attempt to teach her, the Jedi Council assigned her to Master Ki Adi Mundi. During the final months of the Clone Wars, Lesia found herself growing close to her master and she became more open to what he had to say. When the Purge disrupted life as she had known it, Lesia was thrown headfirst into a lawless galaxy. Armed only with the little knowledge she'd bothered to learn, Lesia struggles to make a way for herself. Once, she had shunned the Jedi. Now, the galaxy needs them, needs her, more than ever. The way of the Mandalore is not an easy path to follow, but it is all Nakoa Sen has ever known. As a child, he found himself being raised by a Mandalorian covert, one of the first who called themselves Children of the Watch. Nakoa later chose to venture into the galaxy as a bounty hunter, to provide for his new Clan. He stumbles across Lesia Mirri and eventually recruits her help for a mission. He quickly learns that while he devoutly follows his code, there are others who abhor rules of any kind. Nakoa soon finds himself wondering if he truly knows what path he wants to follow, and if he can actually break the code that his people hold so dear. Warning This book, while being a work of fiction, still contains real elements and deals with the subject of war. There may be chapters that deal with death, suicide, slight gore, etc. (Canon characters as well as planets within the Star Wars universe are not created by me. I only take credit for my original characters and this story.) A Chosen One shall come, born of no father, and through him will ultimate balance in the Force be restored. Throughout the galaxy, many had heard the prophecy of the Chosen One. Since the discovery of Anakin Skywalker, a majority of the Jedi Order were convinced they'd found the one who'd bring balance to the Force. Instead, Anakin Skywalker caused the downfall of the Jedi and the rise of power for the Dark Side. With Darth Vader the Dark Side grew strong yet in the end, he killed the Emperor, not only redeeming himself but also finally restoring balance to the Force as the prophecy had foretold. But by the time balance was restarted it was already too late... The Dark Side of the Force had a grip on the galaxy that the Light simply couldn't match. The only way balance could be restored was by making that Anakin Skywalker fulfilled his role as the Chosen One without falling into darkness first. [TIME TRAVEL AU]
