Drew, a bully in Jordan's high school had gotten into an accident making him unable to fight people anymore.
Drew witnesses the 'Phantom Dancer' in action and decides he wants to use dance as a physical outlet to replace fighting. So he asks the Phantom to teach him how to dance.
