What is your perception of time ? What is time to you ? Does it cause you distress or does it alleviate your daily life ? Is it more than a tool to track our daily lives ? How can we have trouble defining time but track it effortlessly and constantly. If we had no sense of time, would it exist ? Would you exist ?

There's an old proverb that says that when something is 'out of sight, out of mind', it means that you forget things that aren't there anymore. That's how I am. Invisible. Unseen, unheard. A face in the crowd. Alone in my own little lifeboat, floating in the sea. I try not to care, I really do. I try not to let it bother me how everyone's gaze slides off of me like water, as if I'm not even there. When you think you've been through the worst thing to ever happen to you, something new comes to prove that everything you thought was safe isn't, and everyone you thought had your back doesn't. You're left to fend for yourself in a place that never wanted you to begin with. Even when you think you've escaped it, it comes creeping in to remind you that it's always been there to pull you back into its clutches. Along the way, you find comfort in a place you didn't think you'd find it. You find love in someone you thought didn't want it. You find solace within yourself when you thought you've lost it. It all comes down to you. Are you going to fight for it or completely drown in it?

Have you ever felt so lonely you believed there was nothing left for you? Stashed away, merely forgotten. I mean you could cry and cry, yet no one would hear you. At least no one you truly once loved. Being yourself can be detrimental to others happiness, and so you down play who you are. You devalue your beliefs, your morals fall short and that hollow rock turns into your Mirror. Do you matter anymore? Would anyone care if you simply disappeared? Could you find your way out of the darkness? Look Closer is one of my favourite quotes and so I'll use it as a guide to understanding the complex characters you're about to meet.

Then time passes and you slowly realise that it's the other way around: those weren't your memories, they weren't your friends, those weren't your feelings. That wasn't you, you just believed it was. A question came to me during a reset. A question that has started bleeding through my veins. A question I whisper over and over in my sleep. A question you think I am asking passively. But it stitches into me, coiling around my being. A question I keep asking because it doesn't make sense. All that is left of the world is a city. She is the only person left. She doesn't know what happened, where the people went, why there is no life. You are there. But who are you? What is she? What is she supposed to do when the world resets, and more and more of the city is demolished. She's running out of time. *Completed*
