Toga Himiko is the name of a 3rd year girl from Shibui High. She's also happens to be apart of all their sports clubs. To many she is seen as weird and creepy. She has been called a monster and freak by many people at her school, but she doesn't seem to care.

She's known as a Delinquent at her school because she gets into many fights and 'causes' trouble. She has been suspended many times, but never quits. She's seen as a difficult child who doesn't have a future.

But it's not like she doesn't have problems going on at home.
