Katsuki Bakugo cant explain what's wrong with him, but he knows that something is off. Is he sick? He cant seem to figure it out, but whenever that damn nerd is around, it has something to do with it. God, what has he done this time? Damn Deku, always causing problems and shit. But when he finally figures it out, he cant seem to come to terms with it. (Also yes, the old title was after the song.)
