Autumn had made its way to the little town, coloring the trees red yellow and orange, little leaves gently swirling around in the wind. Slowly, but surely, the temperatures were dropping, each morning the grass was covered with frost, which eventually melted away as the sun spread its wings and covered the fields and woods in its heat. The children of the town were delighted, running around in the forest and chasing everything from leaves to squirrels and throwing rocks into the little river that sweeps through the woods through numerous twists and turns. Old legends tell of arcane creatures that reside in this river, calling out to the children with a beautiful song that is said to lure them down out of curiosity. Of course, these are just old tales, but some of the town's elders still believe it's true. Some even say they've heard the song themselves. The town, which most residents referred to as ''Velleity'', resided far west of the great Arboribus mountains. The inhabitants were an interesting kind, everyone knew everyone and everyone was considered family, except for the outcasts of the town. These were the ones that had committed sin, those who had turned to evil. The outsiders usually migrated to other town's, or settled outside of Velleity. The main character of this story, Ryker, is a teenage boy living in Velleity, dealing with all of lifes difficulties. He's a poet, going out into the forest to write every morning and night to fill his notebook with all his thoughts and ideas and stories and poems. But life really isn't as good as people portray it to be. And one day, he decides to ask the goddesses for help, for a sign to keep going, when things go wrong and he accidentaly summons a demon. But this demon is different, special. And soon enough, feelings that Ryker have never felt before start building up, until they overflow.R

Whiteout

Rand lived in a peaceful but lonely world until Ciaran cracked the snow globe of his youth. Now, memories are flying through his mind as he finds himself alone during a winter storm. But, how can he be alone when he is still haunted by him? For adult eyes only #sitzfleisch #poioumenon #FAEO #ADC #Adultfic #completed Will the accumulating memories bury him or will Rand survive the storm? A peek inside: "In the midst of the kiss, Rand could not believe it was actually happening. Having spent so much time on the other side of the glass, where things are seen but not felt in the snowy world of gay adolescence, the kiss overtook his senses. He had to keep telling himself it was real--this was really happening. When this failed to restore his sense of reality, he reached for Ciaran with both hands. He placed his hands on each side of his neck. As his cool hands felt the warmth there, he convinced himself he was not dreaming, but this left him breathless. 'I'm not sure I can keep up.'" And, from further in: "In a culture that demands male stoicism, Rand was wholly uncertain about how men allowed themselves to be vulnerable with one another. Ciaran found this lack of knowing sweet and refreshingly attractive, and he went about showing Rand how things might be between men. This made Rand feel he could be intimate with Ciaran, but it also made him feel vulnerable. It fueled his fear that he would be unable to keep pace with Ciaran's experience with all he had yet to learn. But, desiring Ciaran, he committed to trying despite his lack of confidence."
