This takes place in the halo universe. Although the story plot is my own, I do not own nor have I created any of the characters from the Halo Universe or Franchise.

Cheza's sole purpose in life is to be groomed as a main candidate to replace Master Chief. She, along with several other children, have been hidden and trained away from the public eye. They have no other option: kill and replace the Chief to fulfill a dark coup within the UNSC, or die. It's as simple as that. But a voice calls out. An angel with eyes of blue and gold and wings of steel that span an entire planet. "SAVE YOURSELF FOR THE OTHER ONE WHO HAS COME BEFORE YOU..." it repeats in Cheza's dreams. Surrounded by adults she can't trust , and harboring a secret so ludicrous that no one would believe it, Cheza begins running down a road with more twists and turns than her young body can hardly keep up with.
