Sunnyshore City is known for it's picture perfect weather but when a storm hits, it's an intense storm that leaves people indoors for days on end. Volkner usually spends his days during the storms all alone in his home. But this particular storm brought him an surprise guest and he is stuck with them for the next 72 hours.
