This story takes place before "How To Train Your Dragon", before Toothless met Hiccup, in fact, this is the story of Toothless and his life up until the first movie.
This is what I believe would happen if they were to ever make a prequel movie, showing the characters that were revealed to us throughout the series and characters that are there to fit the prequel (that are made up of course).
This story will contain some triggers, dark subjects, etc. Enjoy and have a nice read!

I love the original httyd series and the hidden world is my favourite but it could have been better so enjoy this rewrite of it One year after the events of httyd 2 Berk has become a thriving dragon utopia and hiccup is settling in to being chief but when on a trapper ship raid hiccup and toothless discover a female night fury trapped aboard when they realise it the fearsome grimel the grizzly king of night furies finds out, he becomes bloody thirsty and dead set on killing hiccup and taking toothless to join his night fury legion hiccup and the rest of Berk must flee to find the mythical hidden world so dragons and humans can live in peaceComplete
