Ryan was sent to a mental asylum. Why you  ask? Well he was obsessed with the Cheshire Cat, so much so, he cut into his face a massive smile resembling the Cheshire Cat. He killed and pulled out the teeth of people and animals and pushed them into his cheeks so the smile was more realistic. 
  
 
 Brendon was sent to the asylum because he has PPD (Paranoid Personality Disorder) 
  
Ryan and Brendon are  roomed together.
 
 Between Ryan  wanting to  kill and Brendon being nervous. 
 
They are complete  opposites.
 
 But opposites  attract...
